MethodologyThe goal of each coaching engagement is to help leaders increase performance within the context of the business strategy. This goal is realized through a disciplined methodology of working with the organization and executive to clearly identify, understand and accomplish the coaching goals. Using a variety of assessments and feedback tools, the client and coach diagnose the current behaviors, culminating with the executive's commitment to a course of action designed to bring about behavioral change. The client and coach work together to develop an action plan and throughout the engagement monitor progress and make adjustments. The business approach is successful because it is disciplined, links individual performance goals to the organization's business results and calls upon the leader's personal commitment to change. At the core of this approach is the strong relationship developed between the leader and coach. |
